As a generalist search firm each we treat search as a unique project. While all companies have at least a few things in common every search situation is unique. We ask questions and listen carefully to discern the unique challenges and opportunities present in our client’s company and develop a detailed position profile that describes the client’s organization, the responsibilities and expectations for the selected executive, the challenges and opportunities to be addressed and the reason for the search. We also focus on discerning the unique culture of each organization to ensure that we are able to accurately present the opportunity and evaluate the cultural fit of the candidates we present.
Locating individuals who have the background, skills, training and experience is never the greatest challenge. Determining who will fit best with our client’s organization and existing team requires the experience, knowledge and insight that we bring to each search.
Our recent private equity engagements have included CEO, CFO, CIO, President, VP Operations, VP Sales and Marketing, etc., for portfolio companies in a number of sectors as well VP Marketing/Deal Generation positions for established funds.
