The operating companies that we have supported range in size from $7million to $200million in revenue. The industry sectors include manufacturing, distribution, professional services, logistics, business process outsourcing and other business services.

We have completed searches for middle to senior management including CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, President, General Manager, SVP, VP and Director levels. Positions below the C-level have been in finance, operations, sales and marketing, IT and CRM functions.

We begin each search by taking the time to learn about the company and the equity sponsor to discern the unique characteristics of each situation. We then apply what we learn about the opportunities and challenges facing each company to select executives who have the attributes required to achieve the goals of our client.
